Jonathan Fisher represents clients in all types of civil recovery and confiscation cases. He also advises clients on matters such as the response to a civil recovery or confiscation investigation.

Jonathan developed and assisted in delivering the professional training programme on all aspects of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 for barristers at the request of the Criminal Bar Association
