Amongst other cases, Jonathan has advised companies and individuals in connection with the Saudi Arabia Al Yamamah, Iraq Oil for Food, NHS drug cartel and Worthington Nicholls investigations. He has also advised on potential extradition proceedings in connection with the US investigation into Betcom Sports and its gaming activities, the Moore Capital insider dealing investigation and cases such as the recent Jeremy Burley market abuse case where financial services regulatory compliance issues have arisen.

Jonathan has also advised recently on corporate governance issues involving the proper discharge of directors' duties, conflicts of interests, "Chinese walls", policies and procedures to prevent fraud, corruption and market abuse, and potential directors' liability in damages and as a constructive trustee.
